Building Awareness & Generating Desire for Consumption of Change

Awareness of the pending change is provided through strategically deployed, WIIFM-based communications throughout the organization. Communication channels vary by usage profile, culture and insight provided in the planning and discovery phase. 

The pilot is typically wrapping up in this phase and if deployed correctly, with a focus on developing advocates and champions, will begin generating a ‘buzz’ among the organization. 

By the end of this phase, staff are prepared to attend learning sessions to support development of the knowledge and skills necessary for change to take place.
